Lightning In a Book is a raw and honest, timeless collection of moments that
I captured throughout a decade or more. Lyrics from some of the songs I’ve
written and recorded (not including the choruses). Affirmations I curated and
formulated to help me persevere through life’s ebbs and flows, hardships and
trials. Some moments were simply therapeutic for dealing, coping, managing, and
navigating my mental health. I know what I wrote is not in vain and some of these moments can likely help other people, which is why I decided to share with the universe. I hope that whoever picks up this book comes
across at least one or two pages that resonates with them deeply.
